I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which features a beautiful property and a fantastic pool area. The friendly staff made us feel welcome, and the ambiance was perfect for a family getaway. Our stay was quite disappointing due to the hotel being dirty and poorly maintained. The amenities were lacking, especially the pool area. The location is nice as it is lakefront, but overall it felt overpriced for the poor condition of the facilities. On a positive note, the hotel has great potential for a fun family stay if some significant improvements are made.
